Place Italian sausages on hot grill or skillet. Cook until ready, slice down the middle “butterfly-style” and place on grill or skillet for 2 more minutes.
Slice French baguette in sandwich sizes, and cut in half to have a top and bottom layer. Toast baguette pieces.
Place Italian sausage on toast, add the desired amount of AXEL Chimichurri to Choripan. Add lettuce. Garnish with AXEL Spanish Onions.
