Chimichurri Choripan Sandwiches

Ingredients & Items
- AXEL Chimichurri flavor of your choice
- Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage 5 per pack (or Italian sausage of your choice)
- 1 French Baguette
- Lettuce of your choice (Red-Tip Leaf, Spring Mix, Iceberg)
AXEL Pickled Spanish Onions flavor of your choice
- Grill or Skillet
- Cutting Board
- Chef Knife
- Clean lettuce for Choripan.
- Place Italian sausages on hot grill or skillet. Cook until ready, slice down the middle “butterfly-style” and place on grill or skillet for 2 more minutes.
- Slice French baguette in sandwich sizes, and cut in half to have a top and bottom layer. Toast baguette pieces.
- Place Italian sausage on toast, add the desired amount of AXEL Chimichurri to Choripan. Add lettuce. Garnish with AXEL Spanish Onions.
